We offer store credit and/or exchange on certain items* within 7 days of your purchase (or date of receipt of an online order). If 7 days have passed since your purchase (or delivery of your order), you will not be offered a store credit and/or exchange of any kind.   • Description Of the Issue
  • Pictures (If Documenting Damage)

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges*

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging and unopened.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • All sales on gift certificates, flower, pre-rolls, vapes and accessories of any kind are final.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your in store Puff Valley account.

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to: Puff Valley ATTN: Ryan Kohrig, P.O. Box 25445, Christiansted, VI 00824 or brought in to our store from. Please contact us prior to shipping us a return at [email protected]
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any undamaged and non-defective items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will not ship out an exchanged product until your original product is returned to us.
